Artificial Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking an AI Solutions Analyst to bridge the gap between Operations and Technology. This role will work closely with operational teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation, process optimization, and productivity improvements. The ideal candidate will evaluate business processes, define AI use cases, develop requirements, and partner with technology teams to deliver solutions that create measurable business value.

This individual will serve as a key driver of AI adoption across the organization, helping operational teams understand AI capabilities while ensuring technology teams receive clear, actionable requirements.

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, operations consulting, product management, or a related role.
• Demonstrated experience identifying and documenting business requirements.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI and Large Language Models.
• Experience working with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, or similar technologies.
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI workflow design.
• Experience implementing automation solutions using AI, RPA, workflow automation, or low-code platforms.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
