ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a driven and curious AI & Machine Learning Specialist to join our growing technology team in San Jose, CA. In this role, you will work on real-world AI solutions — from building and deploying machine learning models to processing large-scale data using modern cloud and big data platforms. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▸ TensorFlow, Spark MLlib, Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models using frameworks such as
▸ and SAS to tackle real-world business challenges.
▸ data mining, pattern recognition, and anomaly detection Apply unsupervised learning techniques for
▸ ETL data pipelines Build and maintain
▸ using tools like Talend, Bash scripts, or SAS to ensure clean, reliable data for model training.
▸ deploy AI/ML models to production Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
▸ environments using AWS or other cloud platforms.
▸ Natural Language Processing (NLP) Work on
▸ tasks including text analysis, chatbot development, and voice recognition systems.
▸ SQL database schemas and queries Design and optimize
▸ for scalable AI applications using Hadoop, Spark, or similar big data environments.
▸ quantum computing applications and linked data integration.Stay current with emerging AI trends including
▸ Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and team knowledge sharing.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
▸ TensorFlow, R, or SAS.1–3 years of hands-on experience developing ML models using
▸ Python (primary), along with exposure to Java, C, or VBA.Strong programming skills in
▸ AWS (SageMaker, S3, EC2, Lambda, or similar services).Practical experience with cloud platforms such as
▸ Hadoop, Apache Spark, and analytics/visualization tools like Looker.Working knowledge of big data tools:
▸ SQL queries and designing database schemas Experience writing and optimizing
▸ for AI use cases.
▸ NLP techniques Understanding of
▸ and their application in production systems.
▸ data pipeline tools (Talend, Bash scripting) Experience with
▸ and data workflow automation.
▸ Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Bachelor's or Master's degree in
▸ or a closely related field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
▸ quantum computing concepts Exposure to
▸ or linked/semantic data technologies.
▸ MLOps practices — model versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with
▸ containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) Knowledge of
