Workforce AI Enablement Practice
to help organizations assess their readiness for AI, prepare their workforce for AI-driven transformation, and deploy AI capabilities responsibly and effectively.
About the Role
We are seeking a
Senior AI Enablement Consultant
to play a foundational role in building Tharwah’s new
Workforce AI Enablement Practice
.
This role goes beyond traditional consulting delivery. The selected candidate will
lead client engagements while simultaneously building the practice itself
— including developing the assessment methodology, creating reusable consulting IP, shaping proposals, and contributing to market positioning.
You will work directly with the
Consulting CEO and the Managing Director
to design and deliver AI workforce readiness assessments, facilitate executive workshops, and help organizations understand how AI will reshape roles, skills, and workflows.
This is a
founding-team role
for someone who wants to help build a new consulting capability from the ground up.
You Will:

Lead
AI Workforce Readiness Assessments
for government entities and large enterprises across Saudi Arabia.

Analyze organizational workflows, roles, and processes to identify
AI augmentation opportunities
.

Produce comprehensive assessment reports including
prioritized recommendations, implementation roadmaps, and ROI projections
.

Facilitate
executive workshops with C-suite leaders, department heads, and HR directors
on the impact of AI on the workforce.

Translate complex AI concepts into
clear business insights for non-technical decision makers
.

Develop and refine
Tharwah’s proprietary AI readiness assessment methodology
, scoring frameworks, and diagnostic tools.

Create reusable consulting assets such as
proposal templates, pricing frameworks, playbooks, and engagement models
.

Write client proposals and contribute to
commercial development and pipeline growth
.

Produce
thought leadership content
and participate in industry events, conferences, and executive roundtables.

Act as the bridge between
business advisory and AI technical delivery
, guiding the AI Automation Engineer on solution implementation.

Upskill internal consulting teams on
AI methodology and workforce transformation approaches
.
You Are:

A
Senior Consultant or Manager-level professional
with
5–8 years of consulting or transformation experience
.
-
Experienced in
management consulting, organizational transformation, HR transformation, or digital transformation
.
-
Comfortable leading
client workshops, executive presentations, and advisory engagements independently
.
-
Passionate about the
intersection of AI, workforce transformation, and organizational strategy
.

Skilled at translating emerging technologies into
practical business strategies
.

Entrepreneurial and motivated to
build a new consulting practice
, not just deliver projects.

AI opportunities within organizational workflows

Awareness of
automation, RPA, and AI agent concepts
Education & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in
business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

5–8 years of experience
in management consulting, digital transformation, HR transformation, or organizational design.

Experience facilitating
executive-level workshops and delivering advisory engagements
.
-
Bilingual Arabic and English
are essential.

Based in
Riyadh
with willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.
Preferred Background:

Experience at
top-tier or Big 4 consulting firms
(Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, McKinsey, BCG).

Exposure to
workforce transformation or future-of-work consulting

Understanding of
Saudi regulatory frameworks (PDPL, SDAIA, NDMO)
