Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics integrations and Microsoft Copilot enablement within the Dynamics ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing AI-powered enterprise solutions, integrating Dynamics 365 with internal and external platforms, and configuring Copilot capabilities to enhance business operations and customer experiences. Prior experience in the airline or aviation industry is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven solutions integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Configure and enable Microsoft Copilot capabilities across the Dynamics ecosystem
• Build and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and cloud services
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI automation and productivity opportunities
• Implement conversational AI, intelligent workflows, and copilots for customer service, operations, and employee productivity
• Work with Azure AI services, OpenAI integrations, and Microsoft Power Platform technologies
• Develop secure and scalable data pipelines for AI model consumption and enterprise reporting
• Optimize Dynamics workflows using AI-assisted automation and predictive capabilities
• Support deployment, monitoring, and governance of AI-enabled enterprise applications
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and governance standards
• Participate in architecture discussions, solution design, and technical documentation

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
