Install, operate, and maintain MPP/HPS systems in coordination with VSD
operators and field personnel.
Oversee pump startup, shutdown, and performance optimization based on well
conditions and flow behavior.
Monitor pump performance parameters including pressure, temperature,
vibration, and flow rate.
Perform routine checks, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance on MPP
equipment.
Support commissioning and integration of MPP/HPS systems with surface process
equipment and instrumentation.
Ensure proper alignment, lubrication, and mechanical integrity of pump and
associated components.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, or operational issues in a
timely manner.
Comply with safety procedures related to rotating equipment and pressurized
systems.
Document operational data, prepare shift logs, and assist with performance
reporting.Qualifications
& Experience:
Technical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, or Production
Engineering (or related field).
Minimum 2 to 3 years experience working with Multiphase Pumps, preferably in
well testing, early production facilities, or artificial lift operations.
Strong understanding of pump mechanics, fluid handling, and multiphase flow
dynamics.
Familiarity with MPP systems from leading vendors (e.g., Reda, Tuymen,
Leistritz, Sulzer, Bornemann, etc.) is a plus.
Experience working in field-based operations, including remote
onshore/offshore sites.
Ability to read mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and vendor documentation.
