Artisan Baker

We are looking for an experienced Bread Baker with strong hands-on skills in preparing a variety of baked products. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge and practical experience in making sweet buns, kulchas, brioche buns, pizza bases, sourdough bread, and other artisan-style breads.

This is a part-time position, suitable for someone passionate about baking and capable of maintaining consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a range of bread products including:
• Sweet buns
• Kulcha
• Brioche buns
• Pizza bases
• Sourdough bread
• Other artisan breads as required
• Manage dough preparation, mixing, proofing, shaping, and baking.
• Maintain product consistency and quality standards.
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the baking area.
• Work efficiently within scheduled hours.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional baking experience, especially with breads.
• Strong knowledge of dough handling, fermentation, and baking techniques.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and passion for high-quality baking.
• Reliability and time management skills.
