Job Summary:
Giuseppe Granata LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Artisan Coordinator to oversee and support skilled artisans in delivering high-quality craftsmanship across projects. The ideal candidate will act as a central point of coordination between artisans, project teams, and management, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily activities of artisans and workshop teams to ensure efficient workflow
• Assign tasks based on project requirements, skills, and deadlines
• Monitor progress of artisan work to ensure quality standards and timelines are achieved
• Liaise with project managers, designers, and clients regarding specifications and updates
• Source materials and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability
• Maintain records of production schedules, inventory, and artisan output
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure consistency and excellence
• Support onboarding and scheduling of freelance or contract artisans when required
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company policies
• Assist in planning and executing custom or high-end artisan projects

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Arts Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–4 years of experience in coordination, production, or artisan-related environments
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Basic understanding of craftsmanship processes (e.g., woodworking, metalwork, textiles, or similar)
• Ability to manage schedules, resources, and deadlines effectively
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with artisans, workshops, or creative production teams
• Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes
• Knowledge of design specifications and custom production workflows
• Multilingual abilities are an advantage
