<Responsibilities>
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote artists across social media platforms, streaming services, and online channels.
- Manage and optimize SEO (Search Engine Optimization) efforts to increase online visibility and organic reach using SEO tools and keyword research techniques.
- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and copy using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and other content creation tools tailored for social media management and marketing campaigns.
- Oversee social media management by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance audience interaction through Facebook Advertising, social media marketing strategies, and performance marketing tactics.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools and analyze email performance via Google Analytics to refine outreach efforts.
- Utilize WordPress and content management systems to update artist websites and maintain consistent branding across digital platforms.
- Plan and manage advertising campaigns through Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and other paid channels to maximize reach and conversions.
- Conduct performance analysis using Google Analytics, SQL, JavaScript, and other analytics tools to track campaign success, optimize conversion rates, and improve ROI.
<Requirements>
- Proven experience in digital marketing within the music or entertainment industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools, keyword research techniques, and conversion optimization strategies.
- Proficiency in social media management platforms including Facebook Business Manager and other relevant tools.
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML/CSS basics, JavaScript, SQL for website updates and content editing.
- Experience with Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, SEM campaigns, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation software.
- Ability to craft compelling copy for social media posts, email campaigns, press releases, and promotional materials.
- Familiarity with graphic design principles for creating visually appealing content that drives engagement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with artists, team members, partners, and external vendors effectively.
