Artist Outreach & Development Assistant (Remote / Commission-Based)

Hey! My name’s Chase — I’m the founder of EyeLine Management, a fast-growing artist management company I started from scratch just a year ago. I’m 25, based in Philadelphia, and hold a B.S. in Marketing from Ithaca College. After spending several years as a part-time musician, I decided to combine my passions for music and marketing to help emerging artists build their brands and careers.

Since launching the company, I’ve been helping independent artists define their visual and online identity, plan and organize content shoots, collaborate with other creatives, and book live shows.

Now, I’m looking for someone to join the team and help with artist outreach — connecting with new artists and bands on Instagram, introducing them to our services, and helping them see how we can support their growth.

What you’ll do:

• Reach out to artists and bands via Instagram DMs and comments
• Introduce our management services and start initial conversations
• Help identify up-and-coming artists who could benefit from our work
• Collaborate on ideas for marketing and outreach strategy

Compensation:

This is a remote, commission-based position. You’ll receive 50% commission for every new artist you bring on through your outreach.

Ideal candidate:

• Has some background or interest in marketing, business, or music
• Understands the independent music scene and social media landscape
• Based in the Northeast U.S.
• Is motivated, friendly, and excited to grow alongside a young company
