Job Role: Artists/Restorer (Aircraft Interior Painter/Restorer)

The restorer repairs renovates, and preserves interiors, paying special attention to every interior detail and providing high-quality work.

Job Description:

• Surface preparation: including sanding, primiring, masking, and painting to ensure high-quality finishes
• Perform touch-ups and refinishing on damaged interior components such as overhead bins, lavatories,

and tray tables, fixing scratches, scuffs, and wear marks to maintain a pristine cabin appearance

• Checking painted surfaces for defects, bubbles, or inconsistencies, performing final inspections to ensure a professional finish that meets airline and company standards.
• Polishing skills
• Airbrushing skills
• Color matching
• Restoration of plastics and composite materials
• Painting difficult types of painted surfaces
• Working with various types of varnish
• Reading aviation documentation

Qualifications:

A specialized college/university degree is an advantage

• Specialized college/university diploma is an advantage
• Knowledge of paint application technology and surface preparation for painting
• Knowledge of traditional materials such as wood, as well as modern composites and finishes is important.
• Selecting and matching colors and working with solid wood products.
• High-quality work, discipline, responsibility, and willingness to learn
• Business trips to MENA region are possible
• UAE driving license is a competitive advantage
• Intermediate knowledge of English and ability to communicate at an industrial level.

Experience:

Over 3 years of experience as a yacht painter or yacht restorer

• Hands-on experience in various restoration techniques.
• Experience in the aviation industry is a competitive advantage
• Experience in the UAE or Middle East is a competitive advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
