Key Responsibilities of the Role • Lead and supervise fun, safe, and interactive activities for children, including face painting, hair braiding, and various arts and crafts projects. • Create an inviting and lively role play area, ensuring the environment is safe and enjoyable for children. • Foster creativity and imagination by encouraging children to participate in hands-on activities. • Maintain a clean and organized space with all materials stocked and ready for use. • Build strong rapport with children and parents, offering assistance and engaging with families. • Ensure all safety guidelines are followed while overseeing activities. Requirements for the Position • Experience working with children in a play area or similar setting. • Creativity and skills in arts and crafts, face painting, and hair braiding. • Friendly, patient, and energetic personality. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle groups of children while ensuring a fun and safe environment. • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak times. Preferred Qualifications • Proven experience working with children in a creative or recreational setting. • Strong skills in face painting and hair braiding, with the ability to teach or demonstrate these activities. • A natural ability to connect with children, offering both creativity and fun. • A positive, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for arts and crafts. • Excellent communication skills, both with children and their parents. • Must be a female to maintain gender-specific role requirements. • First aid or child safety certification is a plus.
