Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketer to join our Nytron team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a creative professional with strong management, analytical, and communication skills to make a significant impact within our organisation.

Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and Google Ads.
• Manage content creation and optimisation using Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, and Microsoft PowerPoint to ensure engaging and visually appealing materials.
• Analyse campaign performance through Google Analytics and other analysis tools to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.
• Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content that aligns with organisational goals.
• Utilise project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor marketing projects within set deadlines.

Experience

We can train the right person, but experience with any of the areas below is a strong plus

• Operating Bambu Lab 3D printers (P1, X1, H2D, AMS)
• Vinyl cutting for labels, decals, and equipment branding
• DLC printing (Direct Label Creation) for aerospace components
• Label printing for parts, bins, tools, and internal organization
• T-shirt heat pressing for company apparel and event merchandise
• Light soldering for cables, connectors, and electronic assemblies
• Assisting with prototype or shop-related builds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
