Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a ARTS Lead located in NUML Rawalpindi. Arts Lead supports the creative core of STEMBOTS by shaping hands on, design driven learning experiences for young students. The role focuses on preparing and delivering arts activities, managing supplies, guiding students through projects, and ensuring every session runs smoothly. It includes sharing daily updates with parents, helping latecomers catch up, and coordinating with instructors on checking home tasks and giving basic feedback. The position also contributes to energizer activities, supports small events, and assists with creative content for social media. Overall, the role strengthens the program’s ability to merge creativity with STEM learning and maintain an engaging, student centered environment.


Qualifications


  • Oversees arts linked logistics, supply management, and space configuration for seamless session deployment.
  • Generates daily parent updates capturing creative outputs and learner engagement indicators.
  • Owns attendance flows and supports instructional continuity for late arriving students.
  • Leads minimum three creative sessions aligned with personal medium expertise.
  • Produces 5–8 energizers and 5 structured arts lessons mapped to program outcomes.
  • Coordinates home task verification, grading alignment, and submission cycles with instructors.
  • Engages in guest outreach, event readiness, and supports social content curation from an arts lens.
  • Serves as an auxiliary facilitator during cross vertical sessions as required.
