As-Built CAD Drawings (DWG) Engineer

Site Verification & Data Collection

• Conduct detailed site inspections to verify existing conditions.
• Measure and record all architectural, structural, and MEP elements as constructed on site.
• Identify deviations between approved drawings and actual site conditions.

Review of Available Documentation

• Review approved drawings, IFC drawings, shop drawings, and any available redline markups.
• Cross-check site conditions against provided documents.

Preparation of As-Built CAD Drawings

• Prepare accurate As-Built CAD drawings reflecting actual site conditions.
• Update layouts, dimensions, levels, and coordinates based on site verification.
• Incorporate all site modifications, additions, and removals.

Discipline Coverage

• Architectural: Floor plans, elevations, sections, finishes, and layouts.
• Structural: Columns, beams, slabs, and structural elements (as applicable).

Qualification

1. Bachelor degree in Architect Engineering / civil engineering etc

2. Degree must be attested from MOFA UAE.

3. Candidates must have SOE Card

4. minimum 3 to 5 years dubai experience of As built CAD Drawings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
