Location: McLean, VA

Hourly: $35/hr

Hours: (M-F) 6:30am-8:30am, 1pm-7pm

Ages: 13, 10

Are you a proactive and energetic Family Assistant looking to support a busy family in McLean? This welcoming household is seeking someone dynamic and reliable to help care for their two children, ages 13 and 10, while keeping the home running smoothly as mom manages a varying hospital schedule, including some evenings. Responsibilities include meal preparation, errands, and laundry, along with being a positive, engaging presence for the kids when they return from school. The ideal candidate is active, fun, and enjoys connecting with older children, especially those who love sports and staying busy. The family also has two cats, so comfort around pets is important. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a balanced role of household support and meaningful interaction with school-aged kids in a warm, easygoing environment.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of professional household management/family assistant experience
• Must be legal to work in the US
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Licensed driver with a clean driving record & car⁣ to get to work
• Must be Covid-vaccinated with recent vaccine or Booster

Pay: $35.00 per hour
