Asbestos Abatement Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, restoration, and environmental remediation, including asbestos abatement and mold remediation. This role is essential in ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA regulations while providing high-quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform asbestos abatement and mold remediation tasks in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct restoration work on properties affected by water, fire, or other damages.
• Operate specialized equipment for environmental cleanup and restoration projects.
• Follow OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records of materials used and tasks completed.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction, restoration, or environmental remediation is preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to safety practices in the workplace.
• Experience with asbestos abatement techniques and mold remediation processes is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols diligently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $24.96 - $28.00 per hour
