About the Opportunity
We’re an existing automotive and truck fleet management and repair business looking for an experienced A or strong B Level Technician to join our team. This is a chance to get in with a national firm, focused on meeting the needs of a large customer, and be a key part of a high-performing network of shops. Candidates must have experience, and a proven track record of performance. This role will require interfacing with a single customer with large fleet of cars, service vans, service trucks, lift and boom trucks, and various other rolling equipment and service trailers. Shops are located on restricted access locations, not open to the public. Security, safety, compliance with our customer needs, and maintaining a top performing fleet are key to our success.
This mobile service technician role will be provided with a mobile repair truck or van, to service our customer in remote yards in the West Texas / Lubbock area. Having and maintaining a valid state issued driver license is a requirement of the job, besides being a trained engine and vehicle service technician.

What You’ll Do
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles
- Handle alignments, brakes, oil changes, suspension, A/C, cooling systems, exhaust, and more
- Keep vehicles safe and reliable for our customer, a large Fortune 500 company
- Order parts, interface with approved vendors, and properly document services
- Perform regular safety and operations inspections of facility and equipment, and document findings
- Take ownership of your work, and workplace, and contribute to a positive shop culture
- Ability to work independently to complete tasks, and meet key performance indicators from our customer or Parc
- Ability to work with remote support teams if assistance is needed
- Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of professional shop experience is required + mechanic/automotive background is a must
- Strong all-around repair and diagnostic skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented
- ASE certifications are a plus (we’ll help you earn them if you’re working toward them)
- Experience with ANSI lift equipment, including an ANSI lift certification, is a plus
- Generator service experience is a plus
- Electric vehicle experience is a plus but not a requirement for this role
- A valid driver’s license is required and must be maintained
Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
