WE ARE HIRING – ASSET MANAGEMENT ADVISORPosition: Asset Management Advisor Experience Required: Minimum 30+ years of proven experience in Asset Management Location: Doha, QatarRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly seasoned Asset Management Advisor with over 30 years of extensive experience to provide strategic leadership, expert guidance, and advisory support in managing large-scale infrastructure or organizational assets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing asset performance, lifecycle management, and long-term investment planning.Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory services on asset lifecycle management, planning, and optimization
• Develop and review asset management policies, frameworks, and best practices aligned with international standards (e.g., ISO 55000)
• Advise senior management on asset investment strategies, risk management, and performance improvement
• Oversee asset condition assessments, valuation, and long-term maintenance planning
• Support implementation of asset management systems, processes, and KPIs
• Mentor and guide asset management teams and stakeholders

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Asset Management, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum 30 years of hands-on experience in asset management within infrastructure, utilities, oil & gas, transportation, or similar sectors
• Proven experience in strategic planning, lifecycle costing, and risk-based asset management
• Strong leadership, advisory, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Professional certifications in Asset Management (e.g., IAM, CMRP) are an advantage
