Asian Fusion Chef

We are seeking an experienced and passionate chef to join our culinary team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Japanese, Korean, and Asian Fusion cuisine, along with the ability to lead kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality Japanese, Korean, and Asian Fusion dishes
• Develop and innovate menu items with modern presentation
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and food standards
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth daily operations
• Monitor inventory, food cost, and kitchen hygiene standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Train and mentor junior kitchen team members
• Collaborate with management on seasonal menus and promotions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Asian Cuisine Chef
• Strong knowledge of Japanese, Korean, and Asian Fusion cuisine
• Experience in sushi preparation is an advantage
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Leadership and team management skills
• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
• Creativity and passion for culinary innovation
