Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and supervising the sales team
• Generate and follow up on leads for solar system installations
• Prepare and present proposals to potential clients
• Coordinate with design and technical teams for smooth project execution
• Ensure timely follow-ups and deal closures
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor team performance and help improve sales strategies
• Handle site visit coordination when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Business preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience in sales (solar industry preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Basic knowledge of solar systems is a plus
