*Job Overview* We are seeking a Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. *Duties* - Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls promptly - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain a tidy and presentable office area - Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Provide general administrative support such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents *Requirements* - Proficient in proofreading documents for accuracy - Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently - Strong phone etiquette skills with a professional demeanor - Familiarity with Google Suite for basic office tasks - Experience with calendar management and scheduling appointments - Knowledge of phone systems and computerized databases is a plus - Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
