- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for plywood and allied products.
- Expand market share by onboarding new dealers, distributors, and retailers.
- Dealer & Distributor Management
- Build strong relationships with channel partners.
- Ensure timely supply, credit management, and resolve partner issues.
- Marketing & Promotion
- Execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Organize trade meets, exhibitions, and dealer engagement programs.
- Market Development
- Identify new business opportunities in construction, furniture, and interior segments.
- Conduct competitor analysis and suggest pricing/positioning strategies.
- Team Leadership
- Supervise and motivate sales executives in the assigned region.
- Provide training on product knowledge, negotiation, and customer handling.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare MIS reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Share insights with senior management for strategic decision-making.
