ASME Code Welder will be responsible for performing X-Ray quality welds on pipe, ASME pressure vessels, heat exchangers and tubes with various processes and positions on various alloys. You will also assist pipe fitters with shop fabrication and installation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to weld with GMAW, FCAW, GTAW, SMAW processes on pipe and ASME pressure retaining equipment.
• Welder/Fabricator will weld, fabricate and assist pipe fitters in installation of varying types of industrial pipe. This position will require assisting fitters, rigging, and basic knowledge of process piping.
• Ability to read and interpret Weld Symbols, Drawings and Material Takeoffs.
• Must be comfortable working in Industrial Facilities.
• Stamps/stencils all welds with code identification as required. Maintains weld documentation such as weld numbers, heat numbers etc.
• Verifiable 5+ years of welding experience.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Must pass pre-employment weld tests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
