ASO & App Store Growth Specialist

  • Deep expertise in ASO for both Apple App Store and Google Play Store, including deep understanding of evolving algorithms, ranking factors, and the increasing role of AI-driven semantic search
  • Proven track record of significantly increasing organic installs, keyword rankings, category visibility, and sustained long-term growth through data-driven strategies
  • Strong experience owning end-to-end store optimization, iterative metadata refreshes, visual creative testing, and continuous performance management
  • Advanced proficiency in keyword research, semantic clustering, user intent analysis, and smart competitor keyword / topic targeting
  • Ability to craft high-converting, natural-language titles, subtitles, descriptions, short descriptions, and metadata that align with current algorithms and avoid keyword-stuffing penalties
  • Expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) for store listing pages, including creating and optimizing Custom Product Pages (iOS) and Custom Store Listings (Google Play) to target specific audiences and intents
  • Hands-on experience designing and running A/B and multivariate tests on icons, screenshots, preview videos, feature graphics, and other store creatives — with emphasis on continuous, high-frequency experimentation
  • Strong command of visual storytelling and competitive positioning strategies to differentiate and outperform in crowded categories
  • Experience performing in-depth competitor analysis covering rankings, creatives, pricing models, review trends, update frequency, and in-app event / promotion tactics
  • Ability to plan and execute high-impact app launches, relaunches, seasonal campaigns, and major update strategies that build and maintain ranking momentum
  • Proven success with global ASO — including multi-language localization, region-specific metadata, cultural adaptation, and cross-market performance optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with daily hands-on usage of tools such as App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Firebase, Sensor Tower, data.ai, AppTweak, Mobile Action, or equivalent platforms
  • Ability to identify emerging trends, seasonal opportunities, niche audience segments, and post-install behavior-driven ranking signals to maximize visibility and downloads
  • Experience driving performance in Top Charts, Search Rankings, Featured placements, and in-app event / promotional surfaces
  • Solid understanding of how paid user acquisition interacts with and accelerates organic growth, ranking velocity, and retention signals
  • Experience owning ratings & reviews management, reputation monitoring, and proactive user feedback strategies to strengthen long-term store signals
  • Thorough knowledge of store policy compliance, metadata rejection resolution, guideline changes, and rapid issue mitigation
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to partner closely with design, marketing, product, development, and UA teams on integrated growth initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver measurable, KPI-driven results (install volume, retention uplift, revenue impact, ranking improvements) within tight deadlines and shifting priorities
