Asphalt Estimator/Project Manager

Diamond Asphalt Paving, Inc is seeking a full-time Asphalt Estimator/Project Manager who is self-motivated and detail oriented to join our team. Responsibilities include conducting site visits with customers to verify conditions and ensure project progress, reviewing plans, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate and competitive bids for asphalt paving, patching, overlays, and related civil work as well as job setup and administration. The role requires knowledge of cost control measures and the ability to communicate clearly and timely with clients. A solid understanding of asphalt construction processes and/or asphalt estimating is preferred but not required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products would be useful. Must work well independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Salary DOE, benefits package.
