Asphalt Hot Plant Operator (This is a control room/supervisor position)

Successful paving, grading, and rock crushing company currently looking for an asphalt plant operator. We own two asphalt plants, five rock quarries, and two complete rock crushers. We are looking to hire an individual who wants to join a successful team and is willing to dedicate themselves to a long-term position.

Must have experience in plant production, electrical, rock gradation, crushing, welding, fabrication, and basic maintenance and repair. Responsible for plant control, production, stockpiling and meeting the needs of the company. Excellent communication skills required. This position will require operating equipment, heavy lifting, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Pay depends on experience and is negotiable. Benefits and 401K available after probationary period.

Position is 40 hours a week, 8-12 hours a day, 5-6 days a week. Must have a clean Driver's License record.
