Asphalt Jack Operator

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Asphalt Jack Operator to join our construction team. In this vital role, you will assist in paving projects, asphalt maintenance, and road construction. Your expertise will help ensure smooth, efficient operations on-site while maintaining safety standards. Jack Man

The Jack Man is a crucial role in our paving crew, responsible for ensuring smooth operation by managing material flow and making fine adjustments. We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience working on an asphalt paving crew.
• Understands grade, slope, and depth adjustments.
• Can work closely with the paver operator and laborers to ensure a quality finish.
• Has a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements :

• Minimum 1 year of experience in asphalt paving. This is Not an entry level position.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to gain access to Camp Lejeune and ports preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Skills

• Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as asphalt jacks.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to coordinate effectively on fast-paced projects
