Overview:
Looking for reliable, hardworking crew members to perform sealcoating, crack repair, line striping, and related asphalt maintenance tasks. Join a small team with steady work, on-the-job training, and opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply pavement sealer using squeegees, brushes, spray rigs, and hand tools
• Clean and prepare surfaces (power blowing, sweeping, scraping)
• Repair cracks and potholes (routing, filling, compacting)
• Operate and maintain small equipment and pavement sealcoating rigs
• Load/unload materials and set up traffic control (cones, signs)
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a neat worksite
• Communicate with foreman and crew; arrive on time

Qualifications:

• Experience required or similar related skills
• Comfortable with physical outdoor work in varying weather
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks
• Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation to jobsite
• Team player, punctual, safety-minded
• Experience operating pavement equipment, trucks, or skid steers a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
