Asphalt Maintenance Worker (Paving, striping, sealing)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Asphalt Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some previous experience in all aspects of asphalt maintenance, paving, striping, sealcoating, heavy equipment operation, and various construction site tasks. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on asphalt parking lots, roads, and equipment.
• Operate heavy machinery including skid steer, screed on paver.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members on job site tasks to ensure project timelines are met.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in asphalt maintenance, sealcoating or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as skid steer, loading and towing trailers.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects as needed.
• Valid driver's license may be required for operating company vehicles. CDL preferred.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
