Positions Available

Shamrock Asphalt Services is hiring experienced Foremen to lead both:

· Asphalt Paving Crews
· Asphalt Prep / Milling Crews

We are looking for production-driven leaders who can manage crews, control quality, and protect job performance.

Positions Overview

Depending on experience, you may lead:

Asphalt Paving Crew

Responsible for:
· Daily paving operations
· Paver and screed setup
· Mat quality control
· Joint construction and compaction oversight
· Crew coordination and pace
· Jobsite professionalism

OR

Asphalt Prep / Milling Crew

Responsible for:
· Daily milling operations
· Mill machine, skid steer and loader coordination
· Base and grade preparation
· Haul coordination
· Site readiness before paving
· Crew coordination and pace
· Jobsite professionalism

Both roles require strong leadership and accountability.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Hourly Pay Range: $30 – $45 per hour (Competitive rates based on experience)

· Weekly pay

What We Expect

· 5+ years of asphalt experience preferred, but not required
· 2+ years of crew leadership experience preferred, but not required
· Strong understanding of commercial paving operations
· Ability to manage production pace and crew efficiency
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
· Professional appearance and conduct on commercial job sites
· Valid driver’s license required (CDL A or B holders eligible for higher hourly pay)
· Safety-first mindset (OSHA 10 or equivalent safety training preferred, but not required)
· Respect for equipment and coworkers

Schedule

· Full-time, Seasonal (Spring-Fall)
· Monday–Friday (occasional mandatory Saturdays during peak season)
· Early starts (typically 6:00-6:30 AM)
· 40–60 hours per week during busy season
