Asphalt Sealcoating Crew Member

Elite Sealcoating & Property Services is looking for a crew member to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, reliable, and pays strong attention to detail.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Prep driveways/parking lots for sealcoating. This includes edging with a weed whacker, wire brooming dirt spots on asphalt, and blowing off debris with a backpack blower or push blower.
• Hot crack filling using a crack fill kettle and squeegee.
• Application of sealcoat by brushes, hand broom and/or spray wand.
• Setup and breakdown of job site.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean, neat and organized job site.
• Load trailers with sealcoating/mowing equipment and tie down properly.
• Property services such as lawn mowing, weed whacking, mulching, cleanups.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Must have a clean driver's license with reliable transportation
• Must be able to operate and maintain power tools and equipment
• Must maintain a clean job site
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Must be able to work outdoors in the summer heat.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude
• Previous experience in paving, sealcoating or landscaping is preferred but not required.

Primary hours of the job are Monday-Friday 7am-5pm, however, dependent on the weather. Evening and weekend work may be required to get the jobs done, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate during normal weekday business hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
