Sealcoating Crew Member — Centaur Sealcoating

We're hiring motivated laborers who take pride in doing physical work well. This is hands-on asphalt sealcoating and crack filling — residential driveways and commercial lots. If you show up, work hard, and don't mind sweating, there's steady work here and room to grow.

What you'll actually do:

Prep ​job sites: weed whipping edges, blowing off debris with backpack and push blowers, power brooming, and scrubbing cracks and edges with wire brushes. Crack filling with banders (hot or cold pour) Sealcoating driveways by brush and commercial lots by spray. Load and unload materials and equipment. Keep tools and the truck clean and organized. Protect customer property — caution ​tape, cones, signs, and care around vehicles and landscaping.

What we need from you:

Reliable. Show up on time, every day we're working. Willing to work outside in heat and humidity — sealcoating season means hot days. Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stay on your feet all day. Comfortable with repetitive physical labor and attention to detail. Valid driver's license. No experience needed — we'll train you. Experience with landscaping, roofing, concrete, or other outdoor trades is a bonus.
