Aspire Grammar School, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi is urgently hiring qualified and experienced Female Teachers for the Secondary Section (O Level & AKU-EB stream).

Open Positions:

• History Teacher (Classes 6, 7, 8, 10)
• Geography Teacher (Classes 6, 7, 8, 10)
• English Teacher (Classes 9, 10)
• Islamiyat Teacher (Classes 9, 10)
• Montessori Directress

Job Responsibilities:

• Teach assigned subject(s) according to O Level & AKU-EB curriculum
• Plan and deliver engaging and structured lesson plans
• Develop students’ reading, writing, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Maintain a disciplined and positive classroom environment
• Prepare assessments, tests, and exams
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant subject
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience (O Level / AKU-EB preferred)
• Strong subject knowledge
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Passionate about teaching and student development

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Cambridge / AKU-EB examination preparation
• Ability to integrate modern teaching methodologies
• Strong organizational skills
