Aspiring OT – ABA Therapist & Grad School Prep

The Aspiring OT & ABA Program (OTAP) at CST Academy offers a unique opportunity to work as an ABA therapist, gain real-world experience, observe occupational therapy sessions, and receive structured mentorship in a leading multidisciplinary clinic.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide ABA therapy to young children (ages 2-5)
• Observe occupational therapy sessions to gain clinical exposure
• Receive comprehensive training & develop behavior intervention skills
• Participate in grad school prep workshops & mentorship
• Collaborate with a team of SLPs, OTs, PTs, and BCBAs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Commitment to a 12-month program

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
