We’re seeking a .NET Developer experienced in ASP.NET Core (C#) to join our team on a contract basis, with possible extension based on performance.

Job Description

As an ASP.NET Developer, you will develop and maintain secure, high-performance web applications for fintech operations. You will work on payment processing systems, API integrations, and regulatory-compliant transaction flows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core, C#, and related technologies.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integration services; knowledge of SOAP API implementation and usage is a plus.
• Build and maintain applications supporting digital payments, remittance, and transaction lifecycle management.
• Implement features ensuring financial data security, integrity, and compliance with AML, KYC, PCI-DSS, and other standards.
• Develop and optimize database operations for high-volume financial transactions.
• Integrate with payment gateways, banking APIs, and currency exchange systems.
• Ensure applications meet audit, regulatory, and reporting requirements.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for security, performance, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, peer programming, and technical discussions.
• Maintain technical documentation for systems and processes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies (e.g., latest .NET versions, AI integration) and recommend improvements to development practices.

Requirements

• Strong experience with ASP.NET Core, C#, and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Angular or similar frontend frameworks is a plus.
• Experience in API integrations with financial and third-party services.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to work on transaction-heavy systems with strong attention to data integrity and performance.
