About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Ass. Product Manager who will take an active role in managing our end-to-end card products and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the payment ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in card schemes, processors, and third-party vendors, as well as a passion for driving innovation in the payments industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with international and local card schemes (Mastercard, Visa, BKM).
• Coordinate with processors, card production/personalization companies, and other third-party vendors.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of card products (concept development, launch, operations, and lifecycle management).
• Track and analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and innovations in card payment systems.
• Collaborate closely with business units, technology, and compliance teams to deliver development and integration projects.
• Monitor KPIs and product performance, prepare reports, and propose improvement actions.
• Lead end-to-end project management across multiple internal departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in card payment systems.
• Strong knowledge of Mastercard, Visa, BKM processes and card product management (physical, virtual, prepaid, etc.).
• Proven experience working with processors and card personalization/production vendors.
• Skilled in KPI tracking, performance analysis, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience in cross-functional project management.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills with business partners.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
