Assembler

We are looking for a skilled Assembler to join our dynamic team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling various components and products according to precise specifications and API & quality standards. As an Assembler, you will work closely with engineers and quality assurance personnel to ensure that all products meet safety and performance standards. Your role will involve using hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble parts, as well as conducting quality checks to ensure the integrity of the final product.

Responsibilities

1. Assemble components and products following detailed engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality.
2. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete assembly tasks while adhering to safety protocols.
3. Conduct regular quality inspections of assembled products to identify defects and ensure compliance with company standards.
4. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues in a timely manner.
5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety during the assembly process.
6. Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or concerns to supervisors.
7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes and product quality.
8. Train and mentor new assemblers to ensure they understand assembly techniques and safety practices.
9. Assist in inventory management by tracking parts and materials used during the assembly process.
10. Support the engineering team in prototype assembly and testing to refine product designs.

Preferred Candidate

1. Proven experience as an assembler in a Oil & Gas, manufacturing environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of assembly processes.
2. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions accurately.
3. Strong problem solving skills to identify and address assembly related challenges.
4. Ability to work well in a team oriented environment, fostering collaboration and communication.
5. Good physical stamina and dexterity to handle tools and components safely and effectively.
6. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
7. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing assembly techniques and technologies.
8. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
9. Positive attitude and a commitment to producing high quality work.
10. Basic understanding of mechanical systems and electrical components is a plus.
