Assembler – Production Team

Overview
We’re seeking a reliable and detail-focused Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you’ll perform hands-on assembly work to build tracks, doors, and other products according to precise customer specifications. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing high-quality results.

What You’ll Do

  • Read and interpret job cards and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly
  • Assemble components using a variety of fastening methods, including bolting, riveting, clipping, and screwing
  • Operate handheld tools and portable machinery to complete assembly tasks
  • Position and align parts correctly before fastening to meet specifications
  • Work across multiple workstations and rotate tasks based on production needs
  • Assist with machine operations for force fitting and fastening processes
  • Cut and shape materials to required dimensions
  • Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet standards and are defect-free
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and instructions
  • Comfort using hand tools such as riveters, saws, and other assembly equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Flexibility to work in different areas of production as needed
  • Dependable, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Essential

  • High School Diploma / GED or higher-level education.
  • Previous experience in relevant role.
  • Proven record of stable work history and exemplary attendance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

  • Manufacturing industry expertise.
