The Assembler is responsible for assembling electrical enclosures, sub-panels, and related hardware components in accordance with company standards, engineering drawings, and work instructions. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to quality and safety procedures, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Perform assembly processes to complete enclosure assemblies and sub-assemblies using hand tools, electronic tools, and pneumatic tooling.

Install sub-panels, and install required hardware including screws, nuts, handles, latches, gaskets, and related components.

Prepare finished products for delivery by inspecting functional defects and cosmetic appearance.

Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and manufacturing schedules.

Maintain quality standards by performing required quality checks and reporting defective materials or questionable quality conditions to the appropriate department or supervisor.

Accurately complete required production paperwork and documentation.

Maintain work area, tools, and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.

Prolonged periods of standing (8–10 hours per shift).

Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally with assistance as required.

Ability to safely operate equipment such as hand tools and, where applicable, overhead cranes and hand jacks.
