Job Overview
As a Manufacturing Technician at Temprel Inc., you will support production operations through assembly, brazing, welding, and quality inspection activities, depending on your skills and experience. These roles are critical in ensuring our products meet ISO standards and exceed customer expectations.
This position can be on 1st or 2nd shift, Monday–Friday,
Responsibilities
(Responsibilities may vary based on position and experience)
- Assembly Operations: Assemble components and finished products according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
- Brazing & Welding Operations: Perform brazing and/or welding on components and assemblies, ensuring proper metallurgical integrity and workmanship.
- Quality Control: Inspect components and assemblies for quality and compliance with ISO standards; perform visual inspections, measurements, and basic testing.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operate, maintain, and perform basic calibration of production and welding/brazing equipment. Report maintenance or repair needs promptly.
- Documentation: Complete production and quality documentation accurately to meet ISO requirements.
- ISO Compliance: Follow established procedures in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and report defects, discrepancies, or process issues to maintain high-quality production.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in assembly, brazing, welding, or quality inspection in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to read work instructions, basic drawings, or specifications.
- Familiarity with ISO-controlled environments is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing safety practices.
