Job Summary
We are currently seeking a responsible, experienced Assembly and Disassembly Technician.

Candidates for this position must have the ability to lift and move 25-70 pounds without difficulty or seek assistance to ensure the integrity of customer parts.

Excellent attention to detail, great communication skills, and basic computer skills.
(Emails – Data entering excel/word).

Candidate MUST be able to follow written instructions.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Duties

  • Have the skill set to assemble customers parts into correct fixtures as indicated on job travelers.
  • Have the skill set to disassemble customers parts and place them in dedicated place for cleaning of the parts.
  • Have the skill set to dimensionally control the customer part using various tools or equipment.
  • Place customer parts through ultrasonic parts cleaner and hand clean after as necessary.
  • Detailed inspection of parts and fixtures is required.
  • Required to keep work area clean, neat, and organized at all times.
  • Required to follow work instruction with 100% accuracy.
  • MUST pay close attention to fine details and interact with leadership to identify potential damage to customer parts.
  • Ability to perform Job responsibilities in the designated amount of time safely and accurately.
  • Responsible for following the daily schedule to ensure 100% on time delivery to customers.
  • Validate 100% sign-offs on all job travelers.
  • Accurately communicate all issues to the Production Manager following the designated chain of command.
  • Other Responsibilities as assigned by Production manager, or Shop Supervisor.

Requirements

  • US Citizen or Valid Green Card Holder
  • Valid Driver License
  • Ability to lift 25-70 pounds without difficulty.
  • Ability to work with common hand tools.
  • Basic computer skill
  • Operation of ultrasonic parts washer is required.
  • Be flexible and float to other areas as needed.
  • Read, understand, and follow written instructions.
  • Accurately record work steps performed on job travelers.
  • Must be self-directing with ability to work autonomously.
  • Strive to continuously improve performance.
  • Hold yourself accountable for the success of the company.
  • Adherence to Employee Handbook, Safety and Quality Procedures is MANDATORY
  • Maintain a strict attendance policy.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
