Job Title: Assembly/ Inspection Team Lead

2nd Shift: 2:30pm-1:30am

Monday-Thursday (Friday and Saturday as needed)

Job Description:

The Assembly/ Inspection Team Lead is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of an assembly team and inspection team to ensure efficient and high-quality production of products. They play a crucial role in ensuring that assembly processes run smoothly, meet production goals, and adhere to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the team's daily operations.
Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
Ensure that the team adheres to safety protocols and quality standards.
Monitor work progress and make necessary adjustments to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in assembly or production, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of assembly processes, tools, and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
