What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and assemble mechanical components using blueprints and technical drawings
• Inspect and test equipment to ensure top-quality performance
• Troubleshoot and fix assembly issues on the spot
• Package and prepare finished products for shipment
• Operate forklifts and move materials safely throughout the warehouse
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized workspace
• Support installation prep, lifting, and positioning of materials
• Work closely with your team to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse work
• Strong mechanical skills — you know your way around tools
• Ability to read diagrams, blueprints, or assembly instructions
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Forklift experience (or willing to get certified)

Physical & Work Environment

• Active, hands-on role — expect to be on your feet
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Working in warehouse conditions (heat, cold, and everything in between)
