Assembly Tech - Refrigeration

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Responsibilities

• Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment according to detailed schematics and blueprints
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly processes
• Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other gauges to verify dimensions and quality standards
• Perform welding, soldering, machining, and fabrication tasks as required for assembly projects
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials within the production area
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the assembly process to identify defects or deviations from specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times

Requirements

• Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing or assembly environments
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Experience with welding, soldering, machining, or fabrication is highly desirable
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and forklift operation certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance during assembly processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions effectively
• HVAC/Refrigeration experience preferred.
