Assembly Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in assembly line operations. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are assembled accurately and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our production goals.

Responsibilities

• Assemble a wide range of automotive accessories following work instructions.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment required for assembly.
• Inspect and test assembled parts and accessories for quality and functionality.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and report defects or issues to manager.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Read and interpret work orders, and specifications.
• Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to meet production goals.
• Adhere to quality assurance standards and customer specifications.

Experience

• Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred, with a focus on assembly operations.
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and manufacturing practices is essential.
• Strong mechanical knowledge, including the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools safely in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
