Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products according to detailed schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accurate assembly
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and fabrication instructions to guide assembly processes
• Operate fabrication equipment including welding, soldering tools, machining tools, and forklift trucks when necessary
• Conduct quality checks using precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances
• Follow safety protocols during all assembly tasks, including proper handling of power tools and machinery
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency

Skills

• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments
• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in blueprint reading and schematic interpretation
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and machining tools
• Experience with fabrication processes including welding and soldering techniques
• Ability to operate forklifts safely within warehouse or manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of manufacturing standards and assembly procedures
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems
• Excellent attention to detail for quality assurance and precision measurements
