Assembly/General Shop Labor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with various tools and equipment. Responsibilities

• Tear down and assembly of workover rigs.
• General shop help with wiring, fabrication, hydraulic and air systems.
• Maintaining a clean and organized receiving area.
• Sandblasting and paint prep, as needed.
• Pressure washing of refurb rigs/equipment/parts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and machinery relevant to tasks.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment/maintenance issues.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen including marijuana.
• Ability to work effectively while adhering to safety protocols.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required; training may be provided.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
• Must have current driver's license.
