Founded in 1973, the Crawford County Drug & Alcohol Executive Commission is a private, nonprofit organization with a family-oriented work environment that is looking for a caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable Case Manager to join or team. Duties include: assessment, placement, and eligibility determination for treatment and funding, as well as engagement with individuals and assisting them with meeting any ancillary needs within the community. Applicants should be familiar with the DSM V. A Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Dependency, Sociology, Social Welfare, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Nursing or related field will be considered. A Master’s Degree is preferred. Those individuals with at least one year experience in a drug and alcohol setting are strongly encouraged to apply. We will consider hiring at Trainee-level position for the right candidate. This is highly skilled work requiring independent judgment and organizational skills. This position will require travel throughout the county and meeting with individuals in their residence and/or other community locations. Some evening work will be required.
