Oversees all assigned assets and asset types within the District. The Asset Coordinator tracks and reports on all assigned assets using standard reporting tools, from purchase to disposal. Types of assets may include but are not limited to treating iron, equipment and related sub-components.
Essential duties include the following:

Champions the company’s H.S.E.&T program in all aspects of work performed to provide quality service in a safe and efficient manner.

Coordinates and promotes District-wide asset inventory processes along with RPC Asset Management.

Coordinates, updates, and maintains the assets tracking system for assigned assets.

Ensures all assets are properly tagged and recorded in the asset tracking system.

Conducts routine asset inventories (monthly, annual) in coordination with Asset Management.

Coordinates and records transfers and disposals of fixed assets to ensure the decisions are consistent with business needs.

Develops asset reports, including inventory reports.

Assists with the development of written processes and procedures for identifying, tracking, transferring, reporting, and disposing of assets.

Support field personnel and other individuals involved in asset management by ensuring operators are trained, proficient, and understand the asset management process.

May assist Maintenance department with recordkeeping and other duties associated with spare parts inventory.

Conducts assigned tasks to track assets as assigned by supervisor.

Performs any and all job duties as assigned by supervisory personnel including general labor, as necessary.
