Job Overview
BizSolutions 360 Inc. is urgently seeking four Asset Managers to support a U.S. Department of State, INL Haiti End-Use Monitoring and Asset Management task order in Haiti. This position is contingent upon contract award.

The Asset managers will support asset inspections, inventory verification, barcode tagging, documentation reconciliation, field reporting, and physical security inspection support for priority assets transferred to the Government of Haiti. Work will be based in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, with travel to sites throughout Haiti, including remote, rural, and higher-risk areas.

The project involves monitoring and accountability support for sensitive assets, including defense articles and other priority property transferred to Haitian counterparts. The SOW requires asset inspections, review of serial numbers, barcodes, photos, supporting documentation, LDDT reporting, inventory support, and security audits of facilities holding defense articles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field inspections and end-use monitoring activities in coordination with U.S. Government and Haitian counterparts.
  • Verify the presence, condition, proper use, storage, serial numbers, barcodes, photos, and documentation for monitored assets.
  • Support inventory review and documentation for priority assets, with the audit scope expected to include up to approximately 30,000 assets.
  • Support handover events by conducting physical counts, confirming documentation, and assisting with barcode tagging under INL guidance.
  • Support physical security audits of facilities designated to hold defense articles.
  • Travel throughout Haiti, including Port-au-Prince and sites across the 10 departments, subject to Department of State security requirements and Regional Security Office guidance.
  • Prepare inspection notes, field documentation, and inputs for monthly progress reports.
  • Interact professionally with Americans, Haitian nationals, Haitian government officials, and site-level stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with U.S. Government data rights, security, and information protection requirements.
  • Mandatory Requirements

Candidates must meet all mandatory requirements below:

  • U.S. citizen
  • Fluent in Haitian Creole
  • Ability to obtain MRPT
  • Based in Port-au-Prince, Haiti
  • Able to travel without restriction throughout Haiti
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in export compliance, defense logistics, property/asset accountability, supply chain management, or monitoring and evaluation
  • Proven ability to conduct field inspections in challenging environments
  • Strong analytical, organizational, risk assessment, and independent operational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance tracking systems
  • Able to drive armored vehicles
  • Additional U.S. Government vetting if required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Haiti or similar high-threat environments.
  • Experience with Department of State, INL, GlobalCAP, foreign assistance, defense articles, or security-sector programs.
  • Experience with weapons, ammunition, drones, armored vehicles, radios, night vision devices, or other controlled/sensitive equipment.
  • Experience using barcode systems, inventory databases, ILMS-like systems, GPS records, inspection checklists, or photo evidence.
  • French language capability.
  • Prior experience working with U.S. Embassy teams, host-government officials, law enforcement, or security-sector stakeholders.

Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour
